Terms of Sale

1. Minimum order $20.00          
2. All items are guaranteed genuine.
3. Proper grading is very important to us at Corpus Christi Coin and Currency. Returned coins and currency cost us time and money, and because of this our coins and currency are graded accurately and conservatively. We also take care to describe any defects so you may have a complete picture of the coin or note.
4. To order item; Please copy date of item and item number located after description (example 1899-O BD-25 or 1886-O MD-44) and EMAIL the item number(s) to us with your mailing address. We will email you back as soon as possible with a confirmation to let you know the item(s) is still available and tell you the total on your order with shipping. Or you may call us from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM Central Time  Monday – Friday  and 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM at 361-980-3997 .
5. Shipping Charges

   United States Only  ( Up to 2 Pounds )

   Orders totaling up to $300.00 = $7.00

   Orders totaling $301.00 or more = $15.00

    

6. There is no sales tax charged on deliveries outside the state of Texas.  I am required by law to collect 8.250% sales tax on sales of less than $1000.00 on numismatic items delivered in Texas. If the buyer has a valid Texas tax-exempt resale number, and wishes sales tax exemption, I will require a signed and dated tax-exempt certificate prior to delivery.
7. Upon receiving payment items are shipped within 24 hours.
8. All merchandise, except bullion coins or items, may be returned for any reason within 15 days of receipt for a refund or credit. Shipping costs are not refundable. 
9. Returned items must be unchanged and in their original holders.
10. We accept personal checks ( ITEMS WILL BE SHIPPED UPON CLEARANCE ), certified checks and money orders. We also accept American Express, Master Card, Visa and Discover (Please call us with your Credit Card Information 361-980-3997) or you can use PAYPAL  When using Paypal to make payment use this email address cccoin@sbcglobal.net   (NO GOLD COIN OR BULLION SALES USING PAYPAL OR CREDIT CARDS).    Make all checks payable to:   CC Coin & Currency

12. Unless other arrangements are made, all payments are to be mailed or sent within 3 business days of receipt of your order confirmation.
